The package offered by Château Fombrauge, on the Saint-Emilion Wine Route, is a dream come true for the wine enthusiast. The “B Winemaker” workshop offers wine lovers of your calibre the chance to create your own blend. To familiarise you with the site, the experience begins with a visit to the estate, vines, vat hall and cellars. Then it’s time to get down to business. After discovering blending techniques, it's tubes and pipettes at the ready as you create your very own wine. With complete freedom, and advice from the château’s official sommelier, you will measure out, mix, and opt for one or other of the grape varieties before deciding on your final blend. Once you’ve finished, your creation will be bottled and personal labels printed. And for the perfect finish to the day you get to sample some Château Fombrauge Grands Crus Classés and compare them to your own concoction.
