Your profile Culture seeker
You like wine but it’s not an obsession. When dining at home you follow the rules: white with fish, red with meat. Wine is part of both the smaller events and more important occasions in your life. You consult your Atlas of Wine when a friend brings a bottle you haven’t seen before. You carefully look after your cellar and trust the appellations. At the start of November you buy one or two cases of that year’s vintage from your favourite producers. Because, for you, culture comes in many forms. When travelling through the Champagne region, you’ll visit the cellars of a major champagne producer, but will also admire Don Perignon in the stained-glass windows of Reims cathedral.
