Adventurous explorer, next September we’re taking you to Alsace to experience the life of a grape picker first hand.

How does it work? Spend an entire day as a picker among trailers and excitement in the cellars. When arriving for this fun experience, you will be met at the estate and handed your “grape picker kit”. There will then be a brief overview of the different harvest techniques by the winemaker, followed by one or two hours working in a particular parcel. You will then be introduced to the process involved in transforming the grapes into wine, followed by a restorative meal with your fellow grape pickers. As all work deserves a reward, at the end of this intense half-day you will receive your “grape picker for a day” certificate and will no doubt leave the estate with a few bottles in your case. A fun activity for a group of friends.
