Crest Petit vineyard signposted trail:

Explore an educational wine trail on foot in the Mediterranean garrigue, with explanatory panels along the route. At the highest point, in front of the orientation table, you can enjoy a unique panorama over the Roussillon plain, the Mediterranean, Mt Canigou and the Pyrenees.

From Canigou to the Mediterranean by paramotor:

Canigou Airlines is the brainchild of three experienced pilots who will fly you over the local vineyards in a paramotor, a hybrid between a cockpit-less microlight and a paraglider. You’ll be connected to the pilot so you can chat about the fifteen or so estates you’ll pass over (including Byrrh, La Perdrix and Château de Castelnou). Once you’ve landed, you’ll be welcomed in the same estates for an individual tour of discovery.

Baie Paulilles by kayak:

You can embark on this coastal trip in Paulilles Bay either by yourself or with your family and a tour guide, who will introduce you to Sainte-Catherine beach, the Béar lighthouse and the least built-up scenery on the coast. Along the same lines, Inextremis-Aventura runs a trip in Collioure at sunset and an exploratory tour of the marine reserve at Banyuls.
