The Vienne tourism pavilion – has become the unmissable gateway to the vineyards of the Rhone Valley since 2015. Situated just outside Lyon, the pavillon showcases the region’s wine and gastronomy.
This tourist information centre gives visitors a comprehensive overview of the area’s winegrowing riches, and boasts an impressive vinothèque - a wine library - with a wide selection of AOC wines from the northern Côtes-du-Rhône.
Of the 800 vintages that can be found on the shelves of the wine wall, eight are available for tasting in the wine bar, with a new selection every fortnight.
And you can take your initiation into wine-tasting a stage further with gourmet workshops organised in the Côte&Cuisine area upstairs. There’s no doubt about it, the Vienne-Condrieu region has a taste for hospitality!
