Monique Volz founded her food & wellness blog, Ambitious Kitchen, back in 2011 with the hopes of sharing her healthy comfort foods with the world. Fast-forward 7 years and you'll not only find a website with hundreds of unique recipes, but also a dedicated, ambitious community who crave Monique's inspiration. 

Today, Monique gets to experience what a a wine trip through the South of France is all about. From a unique sensory experience in the Rhone Valley where she'll be equipped with a jumpsuit, headlamp, climbing harness, ropes and the necessary safety equipment to take part in a unique underground tasting of "vinolithic" vintages, to spending the day in a sun drenched Languedoc village, at the heart of the Occitanie - South of France region, dedicated to the art of living, wine and gastronomy. And plenty more along the way...
